Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design development process, from conceptualization to detailed design.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of architectural designers and technologists.
• Develop compelling design proposals, including 3D visualizations and compelling narratives.
• Collaborate closely with clients and external stakeholders through virtual channels.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or a closely related design discipline.
• Substantial experience in architectural design leadership, with a portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit , 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite for high-quality visualizations.
• Exceptional understanding of design theory, urban design principles, and sustainable practices.
• Strong remote leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a distributed team.
