You will be at the forefront of designing and shaping significant projects, leading design conceptualization and development across diverse portfolios. This role requires a visionary individual who can translate client aspirations into buildable, aesthetically pleasing, and functional spaces. You will play a critical part in driving the creative direction of the studio and mentoring a talented team of designers in the bustling West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from initial concept development through to detailed design and construction documentation.
• Develop compelling design presentations, including sketches, renderings, and models for client review.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure design intent is realized.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies in the architecture industry.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and design excellence.

Requirements

• Significant experience in architectural design , with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality projects.
• Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD , SketchUp , and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A degree in Architecture or a related field, with professional accreditation being a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage design aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
