Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall automotive cybersecurity strategy and architecture for connected vehicles.
• Develop and maintain security requirements, threat models, and risk assessments for automotive systems.
• Lead the design and integration of security solutions, including encryption, authentication, intrusion detection, and secure communication protocols.
• Conduct security testing, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing on automotive ECUs and networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with automotive cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the cybersecurity engineering team in a remote work environment.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a significant focus on the automotive sector .
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for embedded systems and connected devices.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, network security, and security protocols.
• Experience with automotive cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
