About the Role

Our client is searching for a dynamic and experienced Lead Beauty Consultant to spearhead their beauty counter operations in Southampton . Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide expert consultations and personalized recommendations to customers on skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
• Manage inventory, including stock control, merchandising, and ensuring product availability.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and appealing sales environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail beauty sales environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
