About the Role

Our client is searching for an experienced and dedicated Lead Beauty Therapist & Skincare Specialist to manage and inspire their team at a premier wellness centre in Birmingham . This role involves delivering a comprehensive range of high-end beauty treatments, with a particular focus on advanced skincare and client consultations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the centre's reputation for exceptional service and clinical expertise, ensuring all clients receive personalized care and achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of dermatological principles and a passion for continuous learning in the evolving field of aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced beauty treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and non-invasive skin rejuvenation techniques.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis consultations to diagnose concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans and homecare regimes.
• Manage and mentor a team of beauty therapists, overseeing their performance and professional development.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and client safety protocols within the treatment rooms.
• Stay abreast of new technologies, products, and techniques in the beauty and skincare industry, recommending innovations to the centre.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist, with significant experience in advanced skincare.
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO, or CIBTAC are essential.
• Proven experience with specialist skincare technologies and product lines.
• Strong client consultation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Leadership potential and experience in managing or supervising a team.
• Excellent understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions.
