About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Beauty Therapist & Skincare Specialist to join their established clinic in Bristol . This role demands a blend of advanced practical therapy skills and in-depth knowledge of dermatological skincare. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care, performing a range of sophisticated beauty treatments, and providing expert advice on skincare regimes. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, possesses advanced technical capabilities, and is adept at building strong client relationships, contributing significantly to the clinic's reputation for excellence and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive skin treatments.
• Conduct detailed skin assessments, diagnosing skin concerns and recommending tailored treatment and homecare plans.
• Administer treatments with precision, ensuring client comfort and safety throughout.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, product ingredients, and lifestyle factors affecting skin health.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in skincare technology, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment areas.
• Assist in managing stock levels for skincare products and providing recommendations for retail sales.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy, with a specialization or significant experience in advanced skincare.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist.
• Demonstrable expertise in performing a variety of advanced facial treatments and skin analysis.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, common skin conditions, and active ingredients.
• Excellent communication, client consultation, and interpersonal skills.
