Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of beauty therapists, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Perform a wide range of advanced beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, massage, and nail services, to the highest standards.
• Ensure impeccable client experience from consultation through to aftercare advice, building strong customer relationships.
• Manage salon inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and service development to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Expertise in various beauty treatments, with a strong understanding of skincare and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
