Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of advanced beauty treatments, including facials, body wraps, and advanced skincare techniques.
• Lead and mentor a team of beauty therapists, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
• Ensure all treatments meet the spa's high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct client consultations to personalise treatment plans and recommend appropriate products.
• Manage treatment room schedules and ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
• Maintain immaculate standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Expertise in various facial techniques, advanced skincare, and body treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent client-handling skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in spa management software and inventory control.
