Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote consultations on skincare, makeup, and wellness treatments to clients via video calls and messaging platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote beauty advisors, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement best practices for virtual client engagement and service delivery.
• Oversee the quality assurance of remote beauty services, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in a remote or digital environment.
• Proficiency with virtual consultation tools, CRM software, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team.
• Relevant beauty therapy qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
