Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, massage, waxing, and nail services.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of beauty therapists, ensuring consistent service quality.

• Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist , with proven leadership capabilities.
• Relevant beauty therapy qualifications (e.g., ITEC, VTCT Level 3 or equivalent).
• Expertise in a wide array of beauty treatments and product knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
