Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, tinting, electrolysis, and potentially laser treatments, ensuring exceptional results.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, setting performance standards and fostering a positive work environment.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, providing personalized advice and recommending suitable treatments and retail products.
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the beauty treatment area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Manage appointment schedules, inventory of beauty supplies, and client records efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new treatments, suggesting service enhancements to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist with a broad skill set.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and specialized certifications (e.g., laser, advanced facials).
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a salon or spa environment.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
