About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement firm-wide BIM strategies , standards, and protocols to enhance design efficiency and collaboration.
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM specialists and architectural technologists, fostering best practices.
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models for complex projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure successful BIM execution plans.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in BIM and digital construction, integrating them where appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM Architect or BIM Manager with a strong portfolio.
• Extensive knowledge of Revit , Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Demonstrated success in leading BIM implementation and strategy development.
• Deep understanding of the full project lifecycle and the role of BIM at each stage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, adaptable to a remote work environment.
