Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead BIM Architect to drive the implementation and advancement of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across their projects. You will be responsible for establishing BIM standards, workflows, and protocols, providing expertise and guidance to design teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and best practices for the organisation.
- Lead and manage BIM projects, ensuring successful model creation, coordination, and data management.
- Provide technical leadership and training to architects and designers on BIM software and workflows.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective BIM execution plans.
- Oversee the integration of BIM models with other project data and systems.
- Champion the adoption of digital technologies within the architectural design process.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with extensive experience in BIM environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in BIM implementation and management on complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and their application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to develop and deliver training materials and workshops.
