About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized architectural practice, is seeking an innovative Lead BIM Architect to drive digital excellence and spearhead the implementation of advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategies across their projects. Key Responsibilities

• Champion and lead the implementation of BIM workflows and standards across all architectural projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM execution plans and project protocols.
• Provide expert technical leadership and training on Revit , Navisworks, and other BIM software to project teams globally.
• Conduct rigorous clash detection, model coordination, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with project directors, architects, and consultants to integrate BIM effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay at the forefront of BIM technology and methodologies, recommending advancements and best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a BIM Architect or BIM Manager, with a strong architectural background.
• Mastery of Revit , Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and other relevant BIM software suites.
• In-depth knowledge of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and digital construction practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop standards, and implement complex BIM strategies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple global projects concurrently.
• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with a deep understanding of digital design and construction.
