About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Lead BIM Architect to spearhead their digital transformation and project delivery from a remote capacity. This senior role is crucial for setting BIM strategies, implementing best practices, and leading a team of architectural professionals in the creation of complex, high-profile projects. You will champion the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and data integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement firm-wide BIM strategies and standards.
- Lead and mentor architectural teams in the effective utilization of BIM technologies.
- Oversee the creation and management of BIM models for large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure coordinated and efficient project delivery.
- Drive innovation in digital design workflows and exploration of new technologies.
- Conduct quality control and assurance for all BIM-related deliverables.
Requirements
- Significant experience as an Architect with a specialization in BIM implementation and leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Revit , Navisworks, and other BIM coordination software.
- Strong understanding of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional architectural accreditation (e.g., RIBA, AIA) or equivalent.
