About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Lead BIM Architect to spearhead their digital transformation and project delivery from a remote capacity. This senior role is crucial for setting BIM strategies, implementing best practices, and leading a team of architectural professionals in the creation of complex, high-profile projects. You will champion the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation in architectural design and technology, thriving in a collaborative, distributed environment that values technical leadership and creative problem-solving, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement firm-wide BIM strategies and standards.
Lead and mentor architectural teams in the effective utilization of BIM technologies.
Oversee the creation and management of BIM models for large-scale projects.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure coordinated and efficient project delivery.
Drive innovation in digital design workflows and exploration of new technologies.
Conduct quality control and assurance for all BIM-related deliverables.

Requirements

Significant experience as an Architect with a specialization in BIM implementation and leadership.
Expert proficiency in Revit , Navisworks, and other BIM coordination software.
Strong understanding of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Professional architectural accreditation (e.g., RIBA, AIA) or equivalent.
