Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies, standards, and protocols for all projects.
Lead and mentor a team of BIM specialists, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality output.
Oversee the creation and management of BIM models, ensuring data integrity and adherence to project requirements.
Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and external stakeholders to promote effective BIM collaboration.

Requirements

Qualified Architect with significant experience in leading BIM projects.
Extensive knowledge and practical application of BIM software (e.g., Revit , Navisworks, Solibri).
Proven ability to develop and implement BIM execution plans and standards.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and digital workflows.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, crucial for a remote role.
