Lead BIM Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead BIM Architect to join their established practice based in Coventry . You will be instrumental in driving the firm's BIM strategy, overseeing projects from concept to completion, and mentoring a talented team of architects and technologists. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced BIM strategies and workflows across all projects.
• Lead and manage architectural design teams, ensuring high-quality design output and technical excellence.
• Oversee the creation of detailed architectural designs, including 3D models , technical drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and technical reviews to maintain design integrity.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and architectural practice.

  Requirements
• Qualified Architect with extensive experience, ideally holding RIBA or equivalent accreditation.
• Proven track record in leading architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and other BIM software, with a strong understanding of information management.
• Experience in developing and managing BIM execution plans (BEPs).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team .
