Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall architecture of our blockchain solutions and platforms.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to blockchain development teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with at least 4 years dedicated to blockchain technologies .
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
• Experience with multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot) and programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Go, Rust).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a remote-first mindset.
