Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the architecture of enterprise-grade blockchain platforms and solutions.
• Define technical roadmaps, development strategies, and best practices for blockchain implementations.
• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable systems.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain technologies, tools, and frameworks for specific project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the technical integrity, security, and compliance of all blockchain deployments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture and design, with a significant focus on blockchain technology .
• Deep understanding of various blockchain architectures, distributed ledger technologies (DLT), and smart contract development.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive complex projects to successful completion.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with blockchain solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management in distributed systems.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
