Lead Chef - Craft Fresh, Hygienic Meals in Care Homes

South Coast Nursing Homes Ltd is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team across our care homes. You will implement high-quality, fresh meals, manage dining environments and uphold hygiene standards. Strong leadership and a passion for great food are essential.

The successful candidate will have Level 2 Chef qualifications, experience in busy catering, knowledge of IDDSI, and a food hygiene certification. Nursing home experience is a plus.
