Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of major capital projects related to petrochemical process development and enhancement.

• Manage and mentor a team of chemical engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in petrochemicals.
• Over 10 years of experience in the petrochemical industry , with a significant portion in process design and leadership.
• Expertise in process simulation software and advanced process control strategies.
• Strong understanding of relevant safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ATEX) and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills are essential for this role in Birmingham .
