About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex chemical processes and systems, ensuring technical excellence and compliance.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of chemical engineers working remotely.
• Oversee process optimization projects aimed at improving efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting of challenging operational issues, devising innovative solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders via virtual platforms.
• Review and approve technical documents, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Extensive experience in process design, scale-up, and troubleshooting complex chemical systems.
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
• Exceptional remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor technical teams effectively.
