Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of chemical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Define and manage the technical strategy for new chemical process development and optimization.
- Oversee the design, scale-up, and implementation of complex chemical manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all projects adhere to stringent safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align project goals with corporate objectives.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Expertise in process design, simulation, scale-up, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, crucial for a remote role.
