Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex chemical processes for new and existing products.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of chemical and process engineers.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction .
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process-related issues.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in chemical process engineering, including significant leadership and project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of chemical reaction engineering, separation technologies, and process control.
• Experience with large-scale plant operations and optimization.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
