About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for chemical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and review process designs, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and efficiency requirements.
• Mentor and guide a team of chemical engineers, fostering their technical and professional growth.

  Requirements
• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering .
• 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical engineering, with significant experience in design and project leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering projects.
• Expertise in areas such as reaction engineering, process control, or scale-up.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective leadership in a hybrid setting.
