About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of chemical engineers on project assignments.
• Oversee the design, development, and scale-up of chemical processes and equipment.
• Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Provide expert technical consultation and problem-solving support to internal teams and clients.
• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
• Proven track record of at least 7 years in chemical engineering, with significant leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in process design, scale-up , and troubleshooting complex chemical systems.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM) principles and HAZOP studies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and modeling tools.
