About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex chemical process systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of chemical and process engineers, overseeing project execution.
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, and timelines for engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, health and safety legislation , and environmental regulations.
• Provide expert technical consultation and support to other departments and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance, reliability, and sustainability.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering .
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with a proven track record in project leadership.
• Extensive experience with process design, P&ID development, and equipment specification.
• Demonstrated expertise in process safety management (PSM) and risk assessment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external contractors.
