Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering , Chemistry, or a closely related field.

• Expertise in catalysis , reaction engineering, or advanced materials science.
• Proven experience in leading and managing research teams, ideally in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Proficiency in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent scientific writing and presentation skills.
