Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership and direction for all assigned civil engineering projects .
• Develop and implement project strategies, encompassing design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Oversee the work of engineers and technical staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project objectives.
• Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to build strong working relationships and secure project approvals.
• Manage project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience (10+ years) in a senior or lead engineering role, focusing on large-scale infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise in geotechnical engineering , structural design, and transportation planning .
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and analysis software.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Membership of a professional engineering institution (e.g., ICE) and Chartered Engineer status are essential.
