Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for major civil engineering projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Conduct advanced engineering analyses and designs for structures, utilities, and transportation systems.
• Supervise and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and quality output.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression and approvals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognized professional institution.
• Expertise in structural design, hydraulics, and site development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
