About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Lead Civil Infrastructure Engineer to spearhead critical infrastructure projects. This is an on-site role, demanding a hands-on approach and direct engagement with project teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, design oversight, and successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure developments, including transportation networks, utilities, and public works. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of infrastructure engineering principles, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from conception through to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of major civil infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading complex infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in transportation engineering , water resources, or site development.
• Strong knowledge of UK infrastructure planning, design, and construction regulations.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-million pound budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
