Our client is seeking a visionary Lead Computational Biologist to spearhead their artificial intelligence initiatives within drug discovery, operating in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced computational biology methods, including machine learning and deep learning, for target discovery and drug design.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to build predictive models for drug efficacy, toxicity, and pharmacokinetic properties.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in computational biology, with a strong focus on applying AI/ML to biological data.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing high-dimensional biological datasets and building predictive models.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing research projects and teams, ideally in a remote setting.
