Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate ML models into production systems and applications.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, with a significant focus on machine learning.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of data scientists or ML engineers.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and deep knowledge of ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and database querying (SQL).
