Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate ML models into production systems and applications.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

- Communicate complex findings and model results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, with a significant focus on machine learning.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of data scientists or ML engineers.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and deep knowledge of ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and database querying (SQL).
