Salary: £37,000–£38,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week Job Type: Permanent

MBR Dental is recruiting a Lead Dental Nurse for a private dental practice in Southampton, Hampshire on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance and patient care.

• Infection control and surgery preparation.

• Leading, mentoring and supporting the nursing team.

• Managing staff rotas, stock control and ordering.

• Supporting CQC compliance and clinical audits.

• Assisting the Practice Manager with daily operations.

• Providing occasional reception cover.

Requirements

• GDC registration and a valid DBS check.

• Minimum two years’ UK dental nursing experience.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Dentally software experience preferred.
