Lead Dynamics 365 CRM Product Owner & Roadmap Architect

Ampstek seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant & Product Owner to lead design and evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. You will bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, shaping the product roadmap and translating requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

You will own the roadmap for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights, define KPIs, and oversee agile delivery with Power Platform integration and Copilot features.
