Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end electrical design process for new product development, from concept to production release.
• Develop detailed electrical schematics, component selections, and system architecture documentation.
• Oversee and perform rigorous design reviews , ensuring adherence to safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to remote engineering teams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including firmware, software, and mechanical engineering departments, via virtual communication tools.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring robust and reliable electrical system performance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in electrical design and engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Extensive experience with embedded systems design , microcontrollers, FPGAs, and associated peripheral interfaces.
• Proficiency in industry-standard ECAD tools (e.g., Cadence, PSpice) for schematic capture and simulation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting .
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong working relationships across diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
