Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical design process for new product development and existing system upgrades.
- Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and component specifications using CAD software.
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical input for project proposals and bids.
- Liaise with manufacturing, procurement, and testing departments to ensure design integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Significant experience (7+ years) in electrical design, with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., SolidWorks Electrical, Altium Designer).
- Deep understanding of power electronics , embedded systems, and control systems.
- Experience with simulation tools and design validation processes.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
