Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical design process for multiple concurrent projects, from concept through to detailed design.
• Develop and review comprehensive electrical designs, including schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate closely with project management, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform site surveys and provide technical support during the installation and commissioning phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in electrical design, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expertise in electrical system design , power distribution, and control systems.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and electrical safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
