Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical design engineers, overseeing project workload and professional development.

• Conduct thorough design reviews, risk assessments, and technical validation of electrical system components.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience of 10+ years in electrical design, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expertise in complex electrical system design , power electronics, and control systems architecture.
• Strong proficiency with simulation and design software, including MATLAB/Simulink and advanced CAD tools.
