About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control solutions.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure design alignment.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in electrical design engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.

• Proficiency with industry-standard CAD and simulation software.
