Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process for multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Develop and implement innovative electrical system designs, from concept through to production.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Conduct rigorous design reviews and quality assurance checks on all electrical schematics and documentation.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to design processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical design, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in power distribution systems , control systems, and embedded hardware.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and simulation software.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both a team-based office setting and remotely.
