Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for power generation, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for electrical engineering tasks.
• Conduct detailed electrical system analysis, including load flow, short circuit, and protection studies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on power systems .
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage equipment, protection relays, and substation design.
