Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the electrical architecture and design strategy for new product development.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of electrical component selection, design, simulation, and validation.
• Collaborate closely with remote product management, hardware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive electrical design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test procedures.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing high-performance analog and digital circuits, power management, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation and modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE variants).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
