Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from initial concept and detailed design to testing and commissioning, entirely remotely.

• Oversee and conduct rigorous design reviews, providing constructive feedback and technical direction to engineering teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in power electronics, control systems, and embedded systems design.
• Proficiency in advanced simulation and design software (e.g., PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink).
