Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical strategy for electrical system design and development across multiple projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project objectives are met.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of electrical system design, from initial concept and feasibility studies to detailed design, implementation, and testing.
- Develop and maintain high standards for electrical design documentation, including schematics, specifications, and testing protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues across different departments and time zones to achieve project goals.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on system architecture and design.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in a remote environment .
- Expertise in power electronics, control systems, and embedded systems design.
- Proficiency with advanced simulation and modeling tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
