Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the technical strategy for electrical system design and development across multiple projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project objectives are met.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of electrical system design, from initial concept and feasibility studies to detailed design, implementation, and testing.
• Develop and maintain high standards for electrical design documentation, including schematics, specifications, and testing protocols.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on system architecture and design.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in a remote environment .
• Expertise in power electronics, control systems, and embedded systems design.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation and modeling tools.
