Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop detailed electrical designs, specifications, and documentation for power generation, distribution, and control systems.
- Supervise and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering professional growth.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to coordinate design efforts and resolve technical issues.
- Implement best practices in electrical engineering, driving continuous improvement in design processes and system performance.
Requirements
- MSc or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, with a strong academic background.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in electrical engineering, including substantial experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in power electronics, automation, and control systems design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard simulation and design software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Altium Designer).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
