Lead Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction for the electrical engineering team, overseeing all design and development activities.
• Manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and implement innovative electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with all industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for complex electrical issues.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in a leadership role .
• Expertise in power systems, automation, control systems, and embedded systems design.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation and design tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, Altium Designer).
• Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
