Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to create bespoke treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of advanced facial treatments, including chemical peels, micro needling, and lymphatic drainage.
• Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle, and product use to support long-term skin health.
• Supervise and mentor junior estheticians, ensuring adherence to protocols and service standards.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in skincare technology and ingredients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a certified Esthetician .
• Advanced training and certification in multiple aesthetic modalities.
• Demonstrated coaching and client education skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with both in-person treatments and remote client support.
