Key Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend development team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
- Architect, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into seamless user interfaces.
- Champion best practices in frontend development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the development process and user experience.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to strategic product discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 , and familiarity with preprocessors like Sass or LESS.
- Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js .
- Demonstrable experience leading development teams and managing project delivery.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with state management libraries and build tools.
