About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and collaborative Lead Frontend Developer to join their innovative technology team based in Brighton . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex frontend features and applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate visual concepts into functional, interactive web interfaces.
• Optimize frontend performance for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Experience with state management libraries, build tools (e.g., Webpack), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor junior engineers.
